Message	I bought this 90 twin turbo with no title, was going to use it for parts but the car is in great shape, not even any dings in the body. It has no title and I was wondering if anybody has ever been in this situation. I live in Illinois and the car was titled in Illinois as far as I know. Any help would be great. Thanks!!!
